TODAY's LESSON:
Well howdy, partners! This week on the Redemption Trail we saddled up with Jonah—a fella who thought he could outrun God’s call. When the Lord told him to head east to Nineveh, Jonah high-tailed it west instead, hopin’ to skip town on God’s orders. But you can’t out-ride the Almighty! A mighty storm rolled in, Jonah got tossed overboard, and ended up in the belly of a big ol’ fish. Three days later, God gave him a second chance, and Jonah finally rode into Nineveh to preach. The lesson is clear: even when we run the wrong way, God’s mercy chases us down, turns us around, and gives us another shot. So if you’ve ever tried to dodge what God asked of you, remember—He’s quicker than a tumbleweed in a twister, and His grace is always waitin’ to put you back on the trail.
