How to do PULL UPS? Reach up above your head, grab some air, and pull down all the way to the floor. Do it TEN TIMES, Soldiers! FASTER! Ten times, Soldiers!

God’s Word is worth studying, it will be around forever!
God’s Word shows us how to live.
Study the Bible, learn it well!
Dwell richly means you are studying and learning.
God’s Word is perfect and flawless and shields us.
We eat bread daily, so we ought to read the Bible daily too.
Knowing God’s Word helps us not sin.
He can only do this if we are reading His Word
God’s family members hear and do what the Bible says.
God blesses those who hear and obey the Word of God.
God’s Word in our heart helps us not to sin.
Because they didn’t listen and obey, they weren’t healed.
Don’t lean on your own understanding, lean on God’s.
