Families, gather around and enjoy this service together. Watch the video and then use the discussion questions below to have a conversation about the lesson.
Family Discussion Ideas:
- What is one of your favorite vacations?
- Quick Game: How many relatives can you name in 60 seconds? (Take turns!)
- Have you ever wanted to escape somewhere?
- Whats the closest you've ever been to experiencing a plague?
- What "plague" would get you to agree to anything? (math? stomach ache? flies? etc.)
- God people had their "ups and downs" as WIlbur described it. Have you ever had times like that?
What are some of the "ups and downs" you've been through? - What did Wilbur's drone zoom in on?
- What did that object have to do with the story?
- Where did God's People need to escape (Exodus) from?
- Do you know what miracles God did for His people?
- How many times can you flip a coin on the same side? (Not very many!)
- How should we make decisions?
- Are there any big decisions you are facing? Talk about them.
- Do you remember the Bible verse?
- Is there a need that you are concerned about? Share it.
- Take some time to pray about your needs.
- If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask. That's what family is for!
