Current Series: A Word with Wilbur - ZOOMIN' Over the First Five Books of the Bible (AKA The Pentateuch)
Family Discussion Ideas:
PARENTS: Here is a fun number trick to do with the family:
Have everyone think of a number from 1 to 10, but not say it out loud.
Now, double it. Then, Add 8.
Next, Divide by 2. (Same as "Make it half")
Now, subtract your original number you started with.
Then announce you know the number they now are thinking of: THE NUMBER FOUR!
AMAZING! How did you do it? It's just magical math!
Do you have a favorite number? What is it? Why is that your favorite?
How many people are in your family?
Take a census of your family. How many family extended family members can you list in one minute?
What did Wilbur's drone zoom in on?
What did that object have to do with the lesson?
How many sins do you think people have committed? (a lot!)
How many sins did Jesus die for on the cross? (ALL of them!)
Was Jesus..
A. Sometimes Good
B. Pretty Good
C. Mostly Good
D. Perfectly Good
Do you remember the Bible verse?
Since Jesus paid for our sins, how should that affect how we live?
Take a minute to pray and thank at least three things He has done for you.
